Fleetrun

Web-application for vehicles maintenance planning, control, and expenditure recording. We developed Fleetrun for those who want to reduce fleet operation costs, avoid critical breakdowns, and reduce the time spent at the service station. With this application, you can control all kinds of services and expenditures for individual spare parts, vehicles, and even kilometer performance. Fleetrun will show the services that the fleet needs, their intervals and cost.

A solution for fleet maintenance planning and control

1 - Fleetrun

Fleetrun functionality

All data in a single application

Use Fleetrun instead of paper logs and multi-page Excel documents to plan and monitor maintenance services.

Maintenance management

Register repairs for every vehicle: maintenance work to fulfill, parts to replace, total costs, and the time when the vehicle returns from the service station.

Maintenance scheduling

Set up service reminders and specify their frequency manually, or set up automatic maintenance notifications based on mileage intervals, engine hours, or time periods.

Cost reports

Keep all your repair orders and spare parts expenses in one app. Fleetrun will calculate the maintenance costs of each vehicle individually and the whole fleet in general.

Process digitalization

Save your employees’ time and let Fleetrun automatically create services and send notifications about their status.

How it works

1

Create a list of units

2

Specify service interval

3

Add services: works and spare parts

4

Analyze the maintenance process with the help of reports and notifications

Functionalities

List of Units

Access to data on mileage, engine hours, services, and advanced information on each unit.

Intervals

Automated service creation by time, mileage, and engine hours for the specified units.

Services

Registration of works in the system: types, duration, spare parts, prices, and results.

Reports

Analysis of the performed services by fleets, units, and intervals.
